Cancellation Policy: 72 business hours advance notice to reschedule or cancel session. Session credit for future dates is given. There are no refunds unless an appointment is missed or cancelled due to something on our end.

All cancellation requests should be in writing to: Awakenwithfatima@gmail.com only.

Appointments missed, late, cancelled, or changed without 72-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the session fee. Please note: Your appointment will be canceled if you haven't arrived or called by 15 minutes past scheduled start time.

Sessions: You MUST call 214-405-6449 for your session to begin. Thanks in advance for your consideration.

Payments: Fees can be paid by credit/debit card or cash. Payment for readings or consultations are non-refundable. Gift certificates available. Any processed payments incur a 6% fee on refunds.

Priority Session Fee: There will be a $50 fee added on to priority sessions
